What is your warranty policy?


At hope&plum, we’re committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a one-year warranty for all carriers and a 60-day warranty for accessories and non-carrier items. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but it does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from alterations. To keep your product in the best condition, make sure to follow the included washing instructions, as failure to do so may void your warranty.

For U.S.-based customers, we also offer a limited repair program. This program covers non-manufacturing issues, such as damage from user error (e.g., a broken buckle or strap). Repairs and shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Please reach out to us if you need a repair due to accidental damage, and we’ll be happy to assist.
