The Lark Baby Carrier is safety tested for babies and toddlers from 10 to 45 pounds! We find that the Baby Lark starts to fit babies best who are in 3-6 month clothes consistently across brands. Babies who are wearing smaller sized clothes but who are 10 or more pounds may be too short for the Baby Lark's generous panel height and width. 

The Lark Kid Carrier is safety tested for toddlers from 25 to 65 pounds! We find that the Kid Lark starts to fit toddlers best who are in size 3T clothes consistently across brands. Toddlers who are wearing smaller sized clothes but who are 25 pounds or more may be too short for the Kid Lark's generous panel heigh and width.
