Get on our email list as soon as you can! To be included in our email about drops or sales, you need to sign up at least a day before we send the email. If you think you've signed up and didn't receive an email, contact [email protected] ASAP!

If you email us anytime before a drop or sale, we can look up your account to confirm your subscription status. If you believe you should've received an email and didn't, you're welcome to email us as well.

To make sure you don't miss the email, add [email protected] to your address book. Check your other folders, including Spam, to see if the email landed in email limbo.

If we ever do early access for big sales, you'll want to stay subscribed to get the code from your email that needs to be entered in manually, so double check it's entered in at checkout. If you miss sale early access, you no longer will need the code -- the sale will be site wide, and the discount will be automatically added.
