Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?Updated 2 months ago

Navigating the journey of parenthood can be filled with surprises, and we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. Our Return and Exchange Policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind, offering a straightforward process when a change is needed or desired!

Key Points:

  • Timeframe: You have twenty (20) days from the date of fulfillment of your purchase for a full refund of your purchase price and thirty (30) days from the date of fulfillment of receipt for store credit (less shipping costs) or exchanges. 
  • Condition of the Product: To facilitate a smooth and efficient process, we kindly request that baby carriers be in the following condition:
    • Unworn and Unused: The product should not have been worn or used in any capacity. We understand the unique nature of baby carriers, and to ensure hygiene and safety, we appreciate your adherence to this condition.
    • Original Condition: Baby carriers must be returned in their original condition, free from any alterations or modifications.
    • Tags Attached/In the Box: Please ensure that all tags originally provided with the product are securely attached and the product is inside the original packaging.

Please note:

  • If the item does not meet the above conditions, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Items outside the 30-day window are ineligible for return or exchange.
  • If the item was purchased using a promotion code requiring the purchase of two items, returning one of those items will make the promotion pricing invalid. Your refund will reflect paying full price for the item you are keeping.
  • Items marked **Final Sale** cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Digital gift card purchases are not eligible for return and have no cash value.
  • Original shipping costs and gift wrapping are nonrefundable.

International Returns: At present, our return and exchange services are primarily available for domestic orders. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards expanding these services internationally.
