Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?

Short answer: yes! We want you to love what you wear. If something's not quite right, we'll make it right.

The Basics

  • 20 days from fulfillment for a full refund
  • 30 days from fulfillment for store credit or exchange
  • Carriers must be unworn, unlaundered, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • International orders, sale items, Almost Perfect carriers, and digital gift cards are final sale
