Why doesn't the Sprout have a panel extender to support my newborn's head and neck?Updated 11 hours ago

The Sprout is designed to support a newborn's body safely and securely with any additional inserts or panels. Panel extenders supposedly help support a new baby’s head. In reality, they create unnecessary risk because they make it easier to hide baby’s face and precious airway with the carrier. 

Since our newborn carrier is designed to support a newborn’s natural, C-shape with a snug and safe fit, the Sprout also supports baby’s trunk, neck, and head - no extra pieces needed!
